Lofts of Lavilla are looking good.

Didn't realize just how close to the Skyway tracks the development is.

Also, not a fan of the Gate Station in Brooklyn, but I do like the Brooklyn signage:

Seriously. Makes it look like the El in Chicago. I like it, though not sure if those units next to the track would like it.

Ah, thanks.

Updated.  Looks like no change.  Feb looks odd.  Did we really have several projects begin and end in Feb?

There were several small scale businesses taking over existing retail spaces. They opened their doors by the time the March update was completed.

The skyway isn't very loud if that is what you were implying.

From the last few months of pictures I get the impression that the restoration of the Elena Flats building may have been a little more involved than originally thought.

It was but you're right, it's not. Just saying.

That's the impression I got too from driving by it frequently. Definitely a labor of love. I'm sure there are quite a few more economically feasible small/midsize apartment projects that they could have done downtown instead.

Does anybody know what, if anything, is going on with 218 West Adams street? It looks like a great building for apartments, especially if there is space available in the adjoining garage. I assume it was a 2008 crash victim.

I believe the wrong picture was attached for momni. I thought they were moving into the White House across from roux art. Not in roux arts current spot.

Yes, you are correct. I meant to switch it out. I'll do so tonight.
