Here are a few of my personal pics from the Cathedral District, I was focusing more on the crosses than the actual church itself. I have these hanging up in my office.

what great pictures. I was just down there Sunday taking pictures of St Johns cathedral and the skyline. Truly an historic part of town. Billy Goat Hill, i love the name.

I worked in 711 Liberty when the Florida Department of Law Enforcement was located there before moving to Davis St. The basement of 711 Liberty was probably one of the spookiest places in Jacksonville. I believe the original holding cells for the Jacksonville Police Dept were down there and there was a "not so restful" vibe there. Of course the roof was awesome to go up to and check out the skyline. OK...one in a while I actually worked too..jeez.

Cathedral Terrace will undergo a $27 million renovation to it's interior.
