Murray Hill is doing a very good job of bringing business to the area.

Any update on the French Pantry's MH location?

I think a poster on this site also has a few storefronts on Edgewood and I'm hopeful those will start to fill in as well.

There's a place called "Pinky Toes Spa" that's opening beside the smoke shop on Edgewood.

I looked at the French Pantry's Facebook and it said about another year until they open.

I drive by the Beaver Street Villas project almost everyday now and they are making fast progress. There is especially a lot going on interior wise.

There is a big pile on construction fencing on the west side of the Broadstone Riverhouse site.  Not sure if it's for that or for the hotel work, but hoping it's for the apartments.

If you want to see their (or any other project in SJRWMD's jurisdiction) stormwater (approved in March 2016) and civil plans, you can pull them up on the St. Johns River Water Management site:

https://permitting.sjrwmd.com/epermitting/jsp/Search.do?theAction=searchDetail&permitNumber=145682

If you want to check on their (or any other project in Jax) COJ building permit status: https://buildinginspections.coj.net/

^I don't see any active permits being issued already from COJ.

Finally, a tower crane or two will return to Jax's skyline. Wish it was a little taller but I guess beggars can't be choosers...
