Incredible! I used to fantasize about buying that place when I would walk my dog by it.  I LOVE that building. So glad it got restored.

They did a fantastic job balancing the uniqueness of the building with modern amenities. Makes me want to escape the boring Southside apts for some character.

4 one bedroom apartments for rent, 1 penthouse on the 3rd (top) floor. The photos are mix of both.
