Puerta Vallarta is trying to be open for Cinco de Mayo.  Timoti's opened on Friday the 18th.

There are many exciting projects on this list in various neighborhoods. It's great to see investment being spread around the urban core communities.

A couple notes on SPR - Bmorcreative design studio on 8th Street has its opening in a few weeks. Also, a hair salon just opened up next door to it, on 8th.

The planned 78 unit mixed use development on W. 3rd Street, fronting Klutho Park, is moving forward. They hope to begin construction later this year, assuming there's no surprises with COJ.
