The pictures from the parador parking garage show what a wasted opportunity that project was.  The views are stellar and we put a 5 story parking garage with no retail on the property.

An excellent gallery to show just how many buildings offer incredible views of downtown with absolutely nothing going on with them.

Imagine having some sort of roof top gathering on top one of these buildings.

Guess that would be close to violet or a dark pink? Any way I love the cover pic with the lighted fabric or what ever that is. Nice!

Stunning views! It's too bad original proposals for this block didn't get built before the crash. I would agree a huge waste of potential for something greater.

All of the pictures reminded me of what I loved about living downtown. The river and our skyline are definitely under appreciated.
