I went inside #3 last week, the first floor offices should probably open in Spring 2016.

#10 has been identified: Forge 3D Printing.

#39 will house Love Brigade & Crux Collective on the 2nd floor, while Southern Roots Filling Station, Main Space (a multi-use space), and maybe a beer garden will be on the bottom floor.

Not included in the update, Bmorcreative, an interior design biz, is building out one of the storefronts at 157 E. 8th, and Motion Sweets is to follow.

Also, not under development yet, but the 70k Sq foot warehouse at 13th & Main has new owners looking to do something cool/productive with it. There should be a media announcement about another new development project in SPR pretty soon, as well . . . .

With Droubi's becoming an Italian restaurant, that would put three within a few blocks of each other. Interesting.

Also, Bearded Buffalo continues to make it onto this update when there is still no possible way a 99 seat restaurant and bowling will be in that building. Bearded Buffalo is going to be in an actual bowling alley on the west side.

Edit: It will be located at 2600 Blanding Blvd in the old "Phoenix Lanes."

Check that description of the community garden on Park St in Riverside, and you will find a typo that is not very public at all.

Hang on, what IS that new spot Scott is building on King St? A small bowling alley would have been MUCH cooler than another freaking bar.

Looks like Mr. Coles has decided that his Levels nightclub on Bay St. was not in his best interest and has returned the building to the hands of the loans originator  Insetta..owners of Black Sheep

No idea. There's no way bowling fits in that building. Lanes are 60 feet from foul line to the pin head. The building is barely that long.
