I would count Bartram Park as a 6th Hot Retail District. They have just as much happening there as Brooklyn or the Beaches. I'm excited that Jacksonville is seeing growth after a few years of stagnant/slow development.

Just visited my cousins in Denver, Colorado. While there they took me to the 16th Street Mall. An entire block in downtown Denver closed off for pedestrians to roam around and shop in their many stores or eat at the many different types of restaurants. I would love to see something like this come to life in our downtown. The different shopping districts we have now have been building up and are an absolute improvement than what we used to have. Definitely more options abound.
Living in Jacksonville is like living in the province back home... so much potential for growth. not enough gitter done!
