I believe there will be regular programming on Thursday and Friday nights in the park beginning next month.. hence, why second Wednesdays was the date of choice.
BTW, I've been to this event in Houston's Market Square Park... and it was a lot of fun. Hope to see a few familiar and not-so-familiar faces tomorrow. If you can't stay the whole time, come on out anyway and consider donating a few dollars to the park (and maybe grabbing a grilled cheese sandwich for the road).
