That can be seen in line item 10.

Regarding the site clearing by Skinner (Line item 1), any ideas on what is happening?

The development adjacent to St. Vincents is Sola Apartments:

Flournoy Construction is developing a 330-unit apartment complex at 8074 Gate Parkway North. Called Sola, the $22 million project is expected to be completed next year, just east of Belfort Road.

That "Old Still EST. 2015" sign is very contradictory LOL.

I spoke with the manager of the Corner Bakery at Bonneval & JTB. He says biz has been excellent, and (unfortunately) he said it really picked up when FDOT cut down all the oaks for the I95/JTB interchange. Now that people can see his sign, he has been getting more catering business.

Still scratching my head on who is going to absorb all this inventory.

I live within walking distance of that Corner Bakery. Business has really picked up since the trees come down. The parking lot is pretty full these days.  I suspect the remaining trees will come down when the interchange is complete. That tract is being marketed as a hotel site.

Is University and Beach considered Southside?  If so, Brooks' new rehabilitation facility is missing from this list.  Fickling is working on the foundations now.

While this was announced in the Daily Record back in Feb.

http://jaxdailyrecord.com/showstory.php?Story_id=544869

Baptist has now cleared out the trees this week to start the construction of the new Town Center facility at St Johns Bluff and Town Center Parkway.

Gate has also thrown up a sign that they are building another premium gas station on Beach at Heron's Landing across from Regal Cinemas.

Sleiman has taken down his leasing signs at Beach and Central Parkway across from FSCJ, so it appears they have given up on that corner becoming a 7-11.
