Make you a bet.  Every public, commissioned graphic mural ( and Chip Southworth's illegal ones ) in this area has been tagged by vandals.  Because these are photo based and not "street art" it may take longer, but I hope that the artists cover their work with a graffiti barrier so that the tags can be removed without hurting the underlying art murals.

Ask Olgilsby  and Thurston.

Gotta love the streetcar photo!

Where are the additional 223 units mentioned coming from? Is that besides Pollack and 220 Riverside?

Hallmark will be starting construction of another complex adjacent to 220 Riverside sometime late this year.

which, at their current rate of progress, means they'll begin construction by 2018.  ;)

I can't believe one of my organizations was going to have a grand opening gala at Unity Plaza last November. They guaranteed us the construction would be complete well before that, but they wouldn't write it into any contract since they were donating all their services in-kind. Totally understandable and I'm very excited for this project to be complete, but it's crazy looking back to our discussions with them dating back 18 months ago and how they originally hoped it to be fully complete by last summer.
