8)I'm honored to get this party started!

Hats off to Lawton, as she gracefully holds the title, Life Coach. A title infrequently held as we entertain our typical doctors, dentist and role models.

The key to this story and perhaps unfolding the pages to Lawton's life-map, is we actually do have an opportunity to discover freedom in our life.

Lawton is another Tubman on her railroad, mitigating disasters. She has the ability to meet you smack in the center of your disaster and instantly change the weather. Instantly, maneuvering through your heart and mind and showing you freedom on the other side.

Most importantly, this sister isn't going to give you the answers and send you on your way. She is going to be sideline pressing, carrying you over the marsh, patching you up in the back and getting you ready for the next attack! One sharp young lady!

Coach Lawton sees you to the championship and hopes to one day see you fly on your own. Yes , Changing your foundation is the shakiest process, as we depend on it so heavily. Thanks to my coach, there is shed light, humor and hope to my disasters.

I can be moved, I can be renewed, I can be free from myself :)

Keep writing Lawton & congrats!

I find it interesting that this story hasn't gotten more comments. I suspect that it might have hit too close to home to many, or too moralistic for today's "try everything" world. Nonetheless, it is an insightful article, even as short as it is. If the shoe fits, wear it, and learn. It is not too late.

Personally, I found it a bit hard to understand. Did the author imply he cheated on himself, his partner(s) or both ? Almost seems like the latter to me.

I'm not entirely sure what the story is, but the author is a woman.
Actually seems like we're supposed to interpret this however we choose.

NOPE.

:D

No particular comment on the article, but I'd say that overall, the folks here are highly motivated group who chase their dreams and/or are faithful to their partners, depending on the interpretation of the article ;)

Kind of the way I'm reading it.

A metaphorical dilemma of life choices in general.

A metaphorical dilemma of life choices in general.

That's pretty much how I took it. If you have a dream, don't make up excuses and cheat yourself by not doing the things it takes to make it come true.
