There's so many good parks on this list, I didn't know that you could take your bike on Julington-Durbin, I'll have to check that out.
No "comprehensive" list could possibly be complete without the
Jacksonville Arboretum & Gardens:

It's not historic like most on this list, but it's really a cool place, they've done so much with it.
