Convenient area for most of the commuters in town. The only thing I miss about working in that area is the how new the buildings are, my previous job was right next door to the wounded warrior project. Very modern building, tons of natural light. Good, affordable lunch options nearby.

My dad taught me how to drive in the empty Make-A-Wish parking lot years ago, and we always used this area as "backroads." I try to feel the farmland underneath the corporate structures.
O friend you are like nothing I have seen before.
What do you have within your sweet spirit?
Somehow you are the light in everyone's eyes.

But you have to drive to get to any of them.

No wonder Jacksonville isn't attractive to Millennials.

Neighborhoods are places that one can "walk" from one house to another. This is not a neighborhood, this is a suburban monstrosity.
