Missed a few in SPR.

1501 N. Main Street is being renovated into offices now. Some would remember this as the former would-be Julie's Urban Grocery Store location.

Tunis, a sandwhich & sub drive thru/walk up, just funished their renovations and opened up near 10th & Main.

Cakes by Mia just finished their work and opened on the 100 block of E. 8th Street.

The apartments on W. 8th Street are set to break ground in January.

The Low County Classic new construction house on the 0 block of E. 5th should be finished in 2 weeks, as well.

Thanks.  I'll remember to add the construction projects to next month's list.

What's the latest on the future of the current Greyhound station?

Saturday I noticed they were painting the building across from cork.  Nobody at cork knew anything about it.

I think I may have mentioned it before, but San Marco Deli is undergoing a renovation under new owners. My understanding is that it will become "Beach Diner" like the family's other restaurant in Atlantic Beach. Additionally, the at least one of the spots in the building on the SW corner of Hendricks and Felch Ave. has been filled. The old Beards Jewelers has become another jeweler, not sure if it's open or not.

And what's going on with the work under 95 north of RAM?

^That's what I figured, but wasn't sure if it was part of the Overland Bridge project or something.

Furchgott building is getting repainted. Wow! That'll bring downtown back to life for sure! There's no need for any of these other projects anymore because, Furchgotts has a new coat of paint! Here's a free tip, Why not try to, I don't know, get the damn building occupied!

^^You know I have always thought Stein Mart should take that building and open a flagship store.

Here's some additional information about this project:

Should be a nice renovation.

What's the word on Birkman II?  Other than it is an eyesore and needs to be completed or torn down.

I think Regency is going with the name "Shoppes on Riverside" for the retail portion of #19.
