Gerry, you're doing a fantastic job with this series. You ask great questions, coupled with great photography.

Also, I'm really hoping the rooftop bar stays open year-round.

Ive been 6 times..havent had anything spectacular..love a dust boot...great space..the seating behind the front desk is ridiculous..classy looks...love the roof...

I see per article on JBJ, they will be opening another Black Sheep downtown in the space formally occupied by Midtowne Deli.

Great news. That could possibly be a very active intersection with everything coming online . If the hotel does open, it will be very smart for Black Sheep to be right there.

I did not get from the article that they were not goin to do that now.  So hes it sounds like they will have both

When the Hemming Park announcement was made they commented that they were still looking for brick and mortar in downtown. So both places have always been in the plans.
