I've always heard this called Glynlea. That creek is really nice, and is probably a big part of what keeps this neighborhood so attractive after all this time.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

There are actually three neighborhoods within this area, Grove Park, Glynlea and Holiday Hill.

I only took shots of Holly Hill and Grove Park. They appear to be a phased subdivision.

The only thing that I would have liked to have seen added to this is a map showing the area. Other than that, excellent job!!!!

This is a good example of a neighborhood close to Regency that likely doesn't shop there and goes to the SJTC. You can see part of Regency up at the top right of lake's picture.

Regency is close to so many residents, they just need to get it's act together.
