Great great great.  My idea is for good vision such as this to become reality, LoL.  The only way this thing is going to get saved is with a deep pocketed visionary looking for an expensive hobby.  I wish Jacksonville had those kind of folks :(

I love the facelift idea, although the Jaguar mural is strongly tied to the character and identity of the building.  Would there be any way to reincorporate it into the renovation?  Maybe a reproduced "see-through" vinyl similar to what is used on cars so that the windows are functional?

Or just turn it into a NYC style nightclub; Then you don't need to do anything with the windows.
