Any chance the new Publix might be a Greenwise store?  I imagine the local market could support it, even with a Fresh Market down the road.  The Fresh Market is nice, but it doesn't have the organic selection that a Greenwise would.  Moreover, there are traditional Publix stores three miles north and south of Sawgrass Village, so customers that don't care about organic still have options.

I saw an article in the Business Journal (linked below) that suggested the new store might be a "hybrid"one, which sounds like a cross between a typical Publix and a Greenwise version.  Anyone here have the inside scoop?

Any news in regard to additional tenants for this project besides Publix and CVS?
