I got an easy answer to that question...
"...why can't JTA take lessons and follow suit with their own bus rapid transit plans?"
Simple. People at JTA lacks the common sense and responsibility. At the same time, they maintain a full apathy around issues in the system.
The only way to truly overhaul JTA is to remove the state agency status and give the pink slips to every executive positions in JTA. I can guarantee you that you will see some progress. I am willing to put $200 down if this happens.
Is it worth $200? I surely think so. Any takers?
