Thanks, Sarah.

A new building in that lot at the Beaches Town Center is a long time coming. It's also funny to me to hear a business owner in Jax Beach complain about the homeless and the parking when business has never been stronger in that area. I guess those are just two things you'll never really fix, no matter what else you do right.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Urban Flats will be a welcome addition to that area.

maybe one day we will get an Urban Flats in the urban core....what a concept!
