I think a big part of it is the low self-esteem around the franchise historically. Suddenly we have expectation and they're not used to pressure and can't handle it.
From what I see, the Texans and Colts are only going to have the one transitional year now. Stroud looks solid working with next to nothing, his best weapon appears to be a third round rookie and Richardson is a freak raw athlete who will only get better with more experience, so I hope we don't live to rue this "easy year".
