Great news for Jacksonville. Using the River. There is a part of me hoping that nomeus and the boys are getting a real estate commission for Making it Happen so quickly.

Nothing. It was a joke. But when you see some of their other pieces of work you can appreciate the talent they capture with their pictures. Good stuff. There is a strong push for various uses within existing zoning districts, neighborhoods, and zones and it was through their pictures that my imagination was running and thinking how cool to wake up to that view of our St. Johns River our American Heritage River every day.

Awesome news for the city.
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

While the full development of operations will be a work in progress, the initial phase of the terminal is expected to open the first quarter of 2012.

That's pretty quick!  Great news!

Hanjin isn't coming until the river is dredged to 48'-50'.

Is Jacksonville quickly becoming an "industrial waste fart?" I appreciate them using the river increased commercial and business prosperity, etc., but I hope they are careful and not pollute it, and also I hope they keep tabs on environmental pollution (air, land, and water) around that local area relative to their business and commerce.
