It's so refreshing to see a yellow center line in the core

Anyone know what's going on with the Jacob's Jewelers clock?
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

I have not seen or read anything on it. I'll keep my eyes and ears open.

I agree.  It's like the Sushi invasion of 2009.

Any bets on which will flop first??

^More importantly from the Sushi invasion of 2009, have we had INS check the Villas for any apartments housing illegal Ice Cream servers?

I think Tasti D-Lite will stay around. They have the longevity and corporate experience to stick around for the long haul. Been going to their Manhattan locations for years, and in both taste, product, and service, they're impeccable.

I am told the Lee HS project is actually three seperate projects.  The addition on the south side of the school is by one firm, and the new additions on the northwest and the renovation of the original building is by another firm.  That work should be in progress for another one and a half years.
