19. Bakery Ribault

Riverside's Bakery Ribault is in the process of moving to 813 Lomax Street in Five Points. The new retail location is expected to open in early Summer.

20. Peterson’s Five & Dime

The large empty space last occupied by Fuel Coffeehouse in Five Points has a new owner. The Harbinger Sign Company's CEO Steve Williams intends to renovate the space into a mixed-use development.







21. IL DESCO

IL DESCO will replace Pele’s Wood Fire at the intersection of Park and King Streets. IL DESCO will serve simple Italian cuisine with a light and fun atmosphere. The menu will consist of lighter portion options, house-made pastas, and will maintain a large selection of crisp wood fired pizzas. IL DESCO will also feature a full raw bar with oysters and seasonal seafood selections. IL DESCO plans to open in September 2015.

22. Pattaya Thai on King

Pattaya Thai is in the process of opening a new restaurant at 1526 King Street.








23. Bearded Buffalo Brewing Company

Scott McAlister has started interior work on the Bearded Buffalo Brewing Company on King Street. When complete, the entertainment venue will offer craft beer, a broad liquor selection, food, bowling and more. The 99-seat restaurant/bar will be located at 1012 King St. between Burger King and Panda House.







24. FAB 208 NYC

Women's clothing store FAB 208 NYC will be opening in July 2015 at 3548 St. Johns Avenue.








25. Happy Grilled Cheese

Happy Grilled Cheese is opening a brick and mortar across the street in the original Cozy Tea space.

The former Caribbean Connections space at 1034 Park Street is in the process of being converted into a bar.







28. Alexander DeGance Barnett, PA

Construction continues on a new 10,000-square-foot law office for Alexander DeGance Barnett at 1500 Riverside Avenue.

29. Blackhat Vapor Company

The Blackhat Vapor Company is opening a new retail location, in the Georberth Building, on the 1100 block of Edgewood Avenue South.





30. Southern Kitchen and Spirits

A demolition permit has been issued for 3638 Park Street. JPM Avondale LLC plans to build a 250-seat, 8,071-square-foot restaurant called South Kitchen and Spirits.
