18. Bakery Ribault
Riverside's Bakery Ribault is in the process of moving to 813 Lomax Street in Five Points. The new retail location is expected to open in early Summer.

19. Peterson’s Five & Dime
The large empty space last occupied by Fuel Coffeehouse in Five Points has a new owner. The Harbinger Sign Company's CEO Steve Williams intends to renovate the space into a mixed-use development.
20. 904 Margaret Street
Lane Architecture is renovating 904 Margaret Street for office use on both floors. The 2,833-square foot, two story structure was originally built in 1916.
21. Nourish Juice Bar
Nouris Juice Bar will soon open in Riverside's Park & King District at 1510 King Street.
22. Happy Grilled Cheese
Happy Grilled Cheese is opening a brick and mortar across the street in the original Cozy Tea space.

23. Five Points Village
High-end Japanese restaurant Kaika Teppanyaki, and the Hot Wok Chinese restaurant are opening soon at the Five Points Village.

The former Caribbean Connections space at 1034 Park Street is in the process of being converted into a bar.
25. Alexander DeGance Barnett, PA
Construction has started on a new 10,000-square-foot law office for Alexander DeGance Barnett at 1500 Riverside Avenue.
