During the conversion of the vacant warehouse into a brewing facility, several artifacts from past tenants were discovered. Moore Pipe & Sprinkler Company was a subsidiary of the Moore Dry Kiln Company. Moore was established in 1910, a few blocks north of 633 Myrtle, where the Wilcox Street railroad siding joined the S-Line. Still in operation at the same site today, Moore Dry Kiln is now known as USNR.

At some point in time, J.M. Fields must have been a client of a previous tenant in the building. J.M. Fields was a discount department store chain that operated from the early 1900's to 1978. When the company filed for bankruptcy, its former locations became either Kmart, Jefferson Ward, or Caldor stores.

633 Myrtle Avenue's structure is supported by steel beams manufactured by Carnegie Steel Company. Andrew Carnegie established his first steel mill in the mid-1970's in Braddock, PA. In 1892, he founded Carnegie Steel Company in Pittsburgh. Carnegie Steel became a subsidiary of United States Steel Corporation (USS) in 1901 when Carnegie sold it to J.P. Morgan's USS for $480 million ($13.6 billion today).
Dating back to the second decade of the 20th century, a railroad siding down the middle of Wilcox Street served the site's buildings. Now that the brewery is in operation, Engine 15 has plans to transform this long forgotten sliver of green space into an outdoor tap room and beer garden.
