1. Avalon Jacksonville Beach
SH Design Homebuilders are currently building 31 single-family homes in the Avalon development. Avalon is located near the JTB/A1A interchange. According to the developers, the Avalon homes will feature “coastal modern design: “Simple, yet sophisticated, incorporating the use of cool neutral colors, bright, clean modern fixtures, expansive living areas and linear lines.”

2. Starbucks
The former KFC restuarant at 975 Third Street S is being renovated into a Starbucks.
