Originally known as Gran Park, Flagler Center is a 1,022-acre business park near the Interstate 95/St. Augustine Road interchange in Jacksonville's Southside.

The business park sits on land Flagler Development purchased from the Williams family. J.R. and J.W. Williams of Bayard owned most of the undeveloped land in the area during the mid-20th century and utilized it for timber and cattle. The development is home to major employers such as Baptist Medical Center South and Citicorp. It contains over 1.4 million-square feet of office and industrial space. In 2011, FSCJ purchased a 10-acre tract at Flagler Center Boulevard and Old St. Augustine Road for $3.6 million. FSCJ plans to develop a $20 million academic center that will be called the Bartram Center. Flagler Center is also entitled for an additional 2.4 million square feet of office, 150,000 square feet of retail, 410 multifamily units, and 130 hotel rooms.
