RIVERSIDE/AVONDALE

Derby on Park

Derby on Park appears to be on pace to open this week in Five Points.  For the latest information: http://www.facebook.com/DerbyOnPark




1534 Oak Street

Although the Black Sheep Restaurant is now open, work continues on 1534 Oak Street.  Black Sheep's menu can be viewed here






Corrado's Bakery Bistro

Corrado's Bakery Bistro will be opening soon at 813 Lomax Street in Five Points.






A new independent music and book store

An independent music and book store will be opening soon at 822 Lomax Street in Five Points.






2216 Oak Street

Snap Fitness will be opening in this historic "streetcar" transit oriented development commercial building (constructed in 1923) at 2216 Oak Street.




The Salty-Fig Southern Gastropub

The Salty Fig, A Southern Gastropub is expected to open at 901 King Street this fall.  Salty Fig will feature a bar, dining area and outdoor sidewalk seating.




Goozlepipe & Guttyworks

Sitework for King Street's Goozlepipe & Guttyworks restaurant continues.




Sweet Revolution Bakery

Sweet Revolution Bakery is going in at 1243 King Street.




CoRK North

A third warehouse, north of Rosselle Street, is being converted into additional studio, gallery and entertainment space in the popular CoRK Arts District.






Pulp Juice Bar

Pulp is still in the process of moving forward with opening their second urban Jacksonville location at the Shops of Avondale.
