The deck was designed by Rink Design Partnership and features street level retail, along Riverplace Boulevard. Rink's garage design is the recipient of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Jacksonville 2008 Commendation Award.
When constructed, the West Parking Garage will replace a portion of a large surface parking lot, just east of the Main Street Bridge.
