State of Florida to pay $38M for Mile Point improvement.

Scott said he decided to move forward with the state funding – about $36 million of the total price tag – after money from the federal government kept falling through."

^That's pretty much how we're going to get projects done if we want the benefits any time soon.  Stop relying on federal dollars and pony up the cash.
