Dinsmore ghosts?

Someone I worked with about 20 years ago told me of the experiences she had at her former apartment in Dinsmore.  She said her parents witnessed one of the many poltergeist attacks she experienced when they came over and helped move her out - stuff flying out of cabinets, doors slamming, a potted plant that flew across the room past her dad's head and broke when it hit the wall.  (They were all standing against that wall, packing, so she didn't chunk it at him or anything).  She said the entity's name was "Dave" (how she knew this, I have no clue).  Anyway, when I'd jokingly go up to her and say "Oh, hey, Dave says hi" the girl would almost come unglued.  The building was still there at the time she relayed this story...Are there other ghost stories in Dinsmore?
