What is going on with this whole Jack Webb and Republic Services stuff? Is Webb trying to use his position to get his client a city contract? That aint right!

no...which is why he has recused himself from the decision

... after he was found out - he didn't pro-actively resign from the special committee; we will see if he recuses himself from all votes on the landfill
