CHAMPIONSHIP BULL RIDING CONTEST IN NASSAU COUNTY

Just wanted to advise everyone that there's a championship Bull Riding contest at the Circle L near Hilliard Saturday, August 1, beginning at 8 pm. It costs $10 with under 8 years old getting in free. To get there, get on US1 and go north through Callahan. Turn left at the caution light in Hilliard just past Winn-Dixie and the Tree House Lounge. Cross the railroad tracks and take the first left on Old Dixie Highway. The arena's just past the OKEFENOKEE RURAL ELECTRIC Plant on the right and you can't miss it. Dodge is one of the sponsors so there are plenty of signs. Call Clif Geiger (pronounced Geyger) at (904) 708-4903 for more information. He's got the arena covered so the contest will go on even if it rains. He says parking is available. It's called a "championship" contest because belts will be awarded.

Yep. I'll try to post some photos if I can get any decent ones.
