They still have to maintain the kennels at that location because there isn't room in OP.  The TU article said they are exploring possible reuse of the facility.  Anyone have ideas as to what it could be?

It will be the home of the new KIPP school; a charter school for at risk youth started by two Teach for America alumni.  The school will start with 5th grade and expand with one new grade each year.

These schools are opening all over the country and have had great success.

This brings up a good question... why is this type of gambling ok, but a casino has to float out to international waters? At least casinos do not typically abuse animals.
