So I've noticed over the past the month, serious work has been happening on that space between Mark's & that Dry Cleaners on Bay st. It's that great brick front (kinda stands out) space with the shaft elevator. Anybody know whats going there?

If this is true, I will be the first in line because Orsay is one of my favorites. If it happens, this would be a great addition to the Bay Street Corridor and another reason for downtown workers to stick around after work during the weekday. (Fingers crossed)

not a restaurant.  it will eventually be another bar/club, but it is a few years out.

So is it going to be a restaurant or bar/club? I thought people have been saying over the past few months that it was going to be a restaurant.
