if he thinks people will pay those prices for condos downtown. Do we need a 33 story hotel? Lake - Omni cleans up and does well on its own, do we need more hotels without a convention center? Perhaps we should fix the center first, then wait for the hotels. No one should take Kuhn for his word, since they are always changing. He is a gasbag.

After seeing the One 12 place mention I googled it to see what building was actually turned into condos. I am impressed that it is the old Barnett Bank Building...So how does this place look now?

I don't think so.  I thought I read that it may be back in the bank's hands and back on the market.
