I can't wait! It's is amazing how much commercial development is happening all at once in Springfield. Why did it take so long for people to realize the potential on Main Street? Has it recently become easier to get financing up there? Or is it a spill over effect of San Marco and Riverside/Avondale being built out and the rent climbing?
