I seem to recall having Little Kings cream ale back in the '70s. It came in these little bottles.

In a boat at sea one of the men began to bore a hole in the bottom of the boat. On being remonstrating with, he answered, "I am only boring under my own seat." "Yes," said his companions, "but when the sea rushes in we shall all be drowned with you."

After doing some searching, Little Kings are still being bottled in the Midwest. What makes it unique is the fact that it is bottled in 7 oz. bottles.

There are few things I recall as vividly as beers I've enjoyed.

Gotta admit my love for Genny cream ale. I'll definitely have to try the new stuff!

Hi Everyone, Hope this email finds you well and staying dry. The Cream ale has been brewed and should be available soon. There is no special ale this week, so we're going to throw on the Coffee Stout. Only pints of the Coffee Stout will be sold (no talls, no growler fills). I'll also be sending out a list of retailers where you can pick up 22oz bottles for your enjoyment at home or wherever you like to indulge in a wonderfully brewed ale. We do have a few small batches in the works, and they will be available again starting 5/28. They are a Pale Ale, Blood Orange Wheat and an ESB. If you're planning on going to the Jacksonville Jazz Festival this weekend, be on the lookout for Bold City beer. We'll be setup in three different locations throughout the festival grounds.
Also, don't forget the lady's of Bold City have come up with an idea to have a dedicated space on one of the walls of the Bold City tap room for pictures of you and your growlers. We would like to know where you and your Bold City growler have been. So let's get some pictures on the wall!
Jolly Mon’s Menu (Available 4pm-11pm) Cooked to order Hamburgers (could this be the best burger in town?) Chicken Wings Bratwurst
Malt Life stickers now available in four colors, white, gold, silver and pink. They are available for $7.00.
Remember, Kegs are available for sale in the Bold City tap room, so come by and pick up a keg of your favorite Bold City brew for your next party or get together. Be Bold!

I read on the TU site today that Bold City has made a beer using Bold Bean Coffee. It says that it is available at the tap room, but does anyone know if any Riverside establishments are carrying it? I am going out tonight and and would stop in somewhere that has it.

Why not just stop by Bold City's tap room and have a few pints.

Bold City, congrats on your success. You have a great product that was definitely needed in the 904.

I agree, and to see where they've come in the last few months with their packaging (which is great, especially the Mad Manatee and the Bold City Logo) and the beers that they offer, is fantastic.

Great to see the number of establishments carrying Bold City. Hopefully this will continue to grow! Sorry that I don't drink else I'd be quaffing these. When I throw a 'cue, I'll definitely pick up some of their beer for others.

Had to go to the Ale House over in the Regency area mid week last week and they had no idea what I was talking about when asking if they carried any Bold City beers.

Why not just stop by Bold City's tap room and have a few pints. It says on their website that they are open from 3PM to Close. Is close just until there is no one left? I am going out to dinner first so it would not be until around 10ish until I made it there.

They are usually open until about 11 or later. It is a gamble, but it would certainly be worth the risk!!
