More construction on Main Street

I hope the increased activity helps Fred Cotten's BBQ across the street.  They've been struggling a bit lately.

I read somewhere recently that Fred Cotten's was for sale.

Cotten's is for sale.  The current owner wants to get out of the business.  So regardless of the Family Dollar traffic situation, its probably only a matter of time before they shut their doors.
