Michael Thomas, founder of former dining landmarks Sterling’s and 24 Miramar, plans to open Terra later this month at 4260 Herschel St., the former home of Pastiche and The Patio at Pastiche......The menu is the creation of Richard Cooper, who worked his way up to sous chef at Taverna and also at Pele’s Wood Fire, under executive chef Micah Windham.It features local, sustainable and world ingredients, including some vegetables and herbs from the restaurant’s own organic garden, which will be designed by Carmen Franz, the coordinator of UNF’s organic gardening club.
