Lake, I'm not even going to try to predict one. The construction should take 6-8 months depending on how well the subterranean work goes. I suppose we'll get a better grasp on it once we get out of the ground. Over the next couple weeks, site work will begin and we'll be drilling and pouring 68 auger cast piles, engineered to keep the finished building from popping out of the ground. I expect parts of the building (i.e. patio and kitchen) to be ready in the summer and other parts to be ready in the fall and beyond.
