I am sure it will be nearly identical to the 2 Oak Leaf stores.
Of course. And identical to every other one of these in Anyplace, USA

I still can't get over how the developers and designers draw some pictures and "create" a "town." A town is created by the people there, not by buildings and parks. If there is no government seat within this so-called town, and no group of people living and working in the area with ideas and input about the type of surroundings they need/want, then it's nothing more than a uber-sub-division that will have it's 10 years of spotlight and slowly fade with every other fad.
Don't get me wrong, I think these places are pretty and I'm sure the people living there will have a great time...until the marketing gods start promoting some other place as the next big thing, and then the mindless drones will move their herd somewhere else.
Any predictions on what will be next? I'm thinking atomic ranch circa 1950's baby boom, lol.
