Nice updates. What ones are taxpayer subsidized?
How about a Waterways Access update?
Palms Fish Camp?
FIND projects?
Pocket Piers?
Shipyards/Landmar Pier?

This is updates for urban core construction projects only.  Not aware of any pier construction, FIND projects, etc. occurring in the urban core, Palms Fish Camp isn't in the urban core.  Other than the streetscapes, I'm also not aware of any being taxpayer subsidized.

Your right Palms Fish Camp is not in the urban core but its been around for 10 years.
All the projects that you identified I was just thinking to myself how they would have been addressed in the mobility fee. Which ones if at all.

Northpoint town center is very cool looking. What is going to occupy the structure?

Retail.  The next phase is to develop an urban grocery market across the street.  However, I'm not aware of any leases being signed so far.

Seriously?  Another fricking Japanese/sushi place in Riverside/Avondale?!  Any updates on the status of Pulp?  That particular storefront has been in the same papered-window condition for a while now.

And agreed.  Northpoint Town Center looks great!  Is the Northwest Jax CDC behind this project?

yeah and I too was going to say the Northpoint Towncenter is looking amazing.  Great urban design.  By the way, it really looks like the Parkview Pavilion is coming out nicely.

I went to Fionn's on Sunday.  The crowd was decent sized, but I wouldn't say they were packed.  They had some great specials.  The interior looks really good, if not a little too themed.

Rush Street will not be able to do anything but serve drinks from their porch for FL/GA, if that.  The interior looks months from being finished and just generally a mess.  I hope they can shape up and get some sort of product ready by next weekend.

Isn't the Northpoint Town Center on the intersection of Myrtle & Moncrief?

Is there an ETA for the Phoenix?
Do you believe that when the blue jay or another bird sings and the body is trembling, that is a signal that people are coming or something important is about to happen?

Fixing it up into a parking garage.  Now we'll have to see if anyone is interested in developing retail there.

Yes.  The Northwest Jax CDC has an ambitious plan to turn that area into a walkable mixed use district.

Is there an ETA for the Phoenix?

This month.  According to a previous post, they were shooting for a late September opening:

What exactly is the NorthWest Jax CDC??  Are there others in town??  I think our city could use a few more projects like this.
