How many people on metrojacksonville have Spanish as a first language and are fluent in both?

We are forming a partnership with the First Coast Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and are looking for potential moderators/translators fpr spanish language threads.

This is truly an exciting project for us, and the start of what we hope is a long and fruitful relationship!
