Thank's for all the reviews and comments.  We are working on finding better suppliers for our fresh produce, but like everyone on a tight budget, we have had to cut some corners during our opening period.  Our hours of operation will be M-Thurs. 11am until 12am, Friday 11am-4am, Sat. noon-3am.  We will be closed on Sundays, except for Jaguars games and other special events downtown.

We invite everyone to come down and try us out.  We're always open to your opinions and welcome any and all advice.

Still have a few kinks to work out, but we're getting there.

We don't have a website, yet.  We do have a myspace (myspace.com/northstarsubstation) and we're working on a new menu that will be posted on it as soon as it's finished.  Sorry for taking so long to reply.
