The City of Jacksonville has recently upgraded their public record email system. Here is how to access the email:

1. Go to: http://webmail.coj.net/public (opens in a new window)

2. Enter Login: publicdocs Password: public

3. Click on the Public Records folder at the top of the screen.

These steps will allow you to read the official email of:

Adam Hollingsworth
Alan Mosley
Brad Thoburn
Dan Kleman
Dan McCarthy
Mayor John Peyton
Mickey Miller
Paul Crawford
Pete Jackson
Ron Barton
Steve Diebenow
Susie Wiles

The messages are now transfered to public record manually by each individual, so if you do not see recent email, send a friendly reminder for them to update their public record email.
