The entire World Commerce Center loop is being filled by truckload after truckload of dirt.  Lion's Gate is only a portion of what appears to be bigger plans for that area.

The entire World Commerce Center loop is being filled by truckload after truckload of dirt.  Lion's Gate is only a portion of what appears to be bigger plans for that area.

Uggh.  Progress for the sake of progess.  With real-estate companies being at 90% of capacity right now, I wonder where the demand for this type of housing/development is coming from.
