Thanks for the update.  The Strand/Peninsula/SMP block is really filling in nicely.  The area surrounding Blue Cross on Riverside is also looking up and dense.

Current construction downtown

Hi,I stumbled across your section here on jacksonville.com and was pleased to find the pictures you took of the on-going construction projects around the downtown area.  Great job, it's nice to see these projects up close and to see how they are coming along.  Thank you.
